Miles Tech Auto provides automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostics, inspection, towing, and related services at 283 Stone St, Walpole, MA 02081. Written or electronic estimates describe the work we expect to perform. Prices may change if we discover additional faults or parts requirements once the vehicle is apart; we will contact you for approval before performing work beyond the authorized estimate. Authorization by phone, text, portal, or signature is treated as approval to proceed.

Booking a request through this site is a request for service and is not a confirmed appointment until we contact you to confirm the date and time. Please drop vehicles off at the scheduled time with keys and any information needed to service the vehicle. Vehicles left more than 72 hours after we notify you that work is complete may incur a daily storage fee. We are not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle.

Payment is due when service is complete unless other terms are arranged in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on this site. Parts and labor carry the warranty stated on your invoice, which is limited to the specific parts and work described there. Warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, neglect, alteration by another party, or normal wear. Deposits and special-order parts may be non-refundable.

By opting in during booking, in the customer portal, or by texting us, you consent to receive transactional and customer-care text messages from Miles Tech Auto about appointment confirmations, service status updates, estimates awaiting approval, invoices, and payment reminders. Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out stops text messages only; we may still reach you by phone or email about an active repair. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when requesting service. Do not attempt to access accounts that are not yours, interfere with the site's operation, scrape it at volume, or use automated tools to submit bookings or messages. We may suspend access to the customer portal for accounts that violate these terms.

Information on this site, including general pricing, maintenance intervals, diagnostic explanations, and guides, is provided for general information only and may not apply to your specific vehicle. It is not a substitute for an in-person inspection. This website is provided as is, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miles Tech Auto is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services performed, except as required by Massachusetts law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, including M.G.L. c. 93A.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the version in effect, and the date below shows when it was last revised. Continued use of this website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
